The AI Opportunity Diagnostic

Before you spend six figures on your digital presence, spend a fraction knowing exactly where the money should go — and where it shouldn't.

Buy the evidence before you buy the transformation.

The Diagnostic is a bounded, fixed-fee engagement. We examine your entire digital operation, score it across nine areas, and hand you a ranked plan you can act on — with us or without us.

It is how every Meridian relationship starts. In the first conversation, the offer is the Diagnostic — never a project.

Nine areas. One score each. Evidence behind every one.

01

Website

Does the site work as infrastructure — speed, mobile, contact paths that function, content that matches reality.

02

Brand & presentation quality

Does the company look like its price point — coherent across site, proposals, and conversations.

03

Lead capture & response

Can an interested stranger find you and reach a human, and how fast — including at 11pm and on Fridays.

04

WhatsApp-channel sales process

A common regional pipeline: business numbers, continuity when people are away, and message-to-record flow — verified against how your company actually sells.

05

CRM & follow-up

Whether leads exist as records anyone can act on, or live in one person's memory.

06

Analytics & measurement

Whether decisions can be evidence-based at all — the area the other eight depend on.

07

Operations & handoffs

Where hours leak: re-typing, paper bridges, month-end assembly, the tools nobody uses.

08

Arabic / bilingual readiness

Whether the languages your customers use are the languages your business serves — on the site, in materials, in sales conversations.

09

Automation & AI readiness

Whether the foundations exist: data quality, systems that connect, a team with appetite. Scored on readiness, never on hype.

Every score cites its evidence — a screenshot, a system export, an interview quote, a public observation. Where the evidence doesn't exist, the score says so: "unknown — recommend measuring" over guesses. A score with no evidence is not written.

What you receive

A designed report, built to be presented — not an attachment. It contains:

  • The One Strategic Finding. One paragraph naming the constraint that holds everything else back, with its strongest evidence. Written last, placed first.
  • Evidence-cited scores across the nine areas — each with a one-line verdict and the evidence that produced it.
  • A customer-journey friction map — from first search to repeat business, each gap annotated with the evidence that put it there.
  • Actions ranked by expected return — the fastest, lowest-cost actions first, each marked with who could do it: your team, any competent vendor, or us. Not everything routes to us.
  • The Do-Not-Spend list — what not to buy at your stage, and what would have to change first.
  • A 30/60/90-day roadmap — the actions sequenced, with the 90-day column naming what gets measured.
  • A live executive presentation session — we walk you through the findings and take questions. The deliverable is a working session.

The page most reports don't have

Some of our recommendations are things not to buy — including from us.

Every Diagnostic includes a Do-Not-Spend list: purchases that would be the wrong move at your stage, each with the reasoning. It is usually the report's most-photographed page — and the reason owners trust the rest of it.

How it works

Stakeholder interviews with the owner, sales, and operations, then a designed report, then a live executive session.

We interview the people who actually run the business — the owner, sales, and operations — and examine the systems they describe. The findings become a designed report, presented to you live.

One fixed fee. Published.

Fixed fee: AED {{DIAG_PRICE}} — credited toward any engagement signed within {{CREDIT_WINDOW_DAYS}} days.

The credit is a structural bridge, not a discount. If you proceed, the Diagnostic feels free in retrospect. If you don't, you paid fairly for work you keep.

Every finding terminates in a named package.

A criticism without a next step is not a finding — it's a complaint. Each ranked action maps to a specific engagement — presence, systems, or growth — so the report reads as a plan, not a critique. The proposal that follows quotes scope options drawn directly from it.
